As president of NaviTrust, Clark Cotterell leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the search and recruitment firm. A true example of one who worked his way up the corporate ladder to the very top, he joined The NaviTrust Group in 1995 as sales support. Cotterell has since established himself as an international specialist in the outsourced services sector, a specialization he created for the firm in 2002.

Cotterell’s primary expertise is in business process and information technology outsourcing (BPO and ITO), as well as with supply chain services industries. His expertise is tapped by companies worldwide.

Prior to becoming president of the firm in 2009, Cotterell was recognized as a leading “Executive Recruitment Expert” (2006 – 2008) among a peer network that comprised more than 800 franchises and 3,000 executive recruiters worldwide.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business.
