By recognizing the unique characteristics and confidential nature of the banking industry, Field is uniquely positioned to discretely assist the banking institution and candidate with their search and recruitment needs. Of the more than 100 professionals he has placed, many have made an immediate impact in positions they continue to hold for several years.
Field takes pride in learning about what motivates the individual, their career goals and aspirations. He is recognized for maintaining strict confidences throughout the hiring process.
A graduate of the University of Wyoming, Field received his bachelor’s degree in communications.
