What you’ll receive

A written assessment of the candidate market for the role, usually three to five pages, built on current public data and NaviTrust’s search experience. It covers:

The candidate profile: the experience, industry background and licenses the role calls for.
Where candidates come from: how many people fit the profile, and the companies they work at today.
Compensation: what the market pays in salary, bonus and equity, with the data behind it.
Risks and tradeoffs: what could make the hire harder, and the decisions worth making early.
Timing: how long each stage of a search typically takes.

How it works

Tell us about the role. A few minutes with the form is all it takes.
Confirm your request. We’ll email you a link to confirm it’s you.
Receive your assessment. We research the market and review every assessment before it goes out, then email you the PDF, usually within two business days.

Your details stay confidential. The assessment describes the business in general terms and never names a company you’re buying or evaluating.
